Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Longevisea.
Please see the following terms and conditions in regards to our shipping policy:
We only deliver within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
We never stock sea moss gel; our products are freshly made to order. Once the order has been placed, please allow 2-3 working days to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We are dedicated to offering you an efficient service. We send everything Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 1-3 working days after dispatch.
You will be notified once your items have been dispatched.
Please ensure you have checked and confirmed the shipping address before placing your order. Please let us know immediately about any errors, as no amendments can be made after posting your sea moss gel.
We recommend someone is there to receive the order. We do not recommend that you change your delivery status once your items have been shipped, as we cannot guarantee the action will occur as per your request.
Once your order has been shipped, Longevisea is not held responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries. If this occurs, please contact Royal Mail to resolve this issue.
Refund Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving your product and contact us within 24 hours if the order is damaged or if you have received the wrong item via info@longevisea.com. Please send a photo of the item to our email.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then investigate the matter and get in touch if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it depends on your bank for the number of business days to process your refund.
Non-returnable items
As our items are freshly made perishable goods, we will not accept returns or offer exchanges on our sea moss gels.
